Our treasures can be made from a variety of products:

For the materials with which the antique bronze earrings are made, their alloy does not contain lead or nickel, thus preventing the possible problems of allergies. But if you have experienced any problem of this style, I recommend opting for stainless steel objects.
- Product Maintenance
Our jewelry is water-resistant, but not waterproof, so we highly recommend to avoid direct contact with water (like swimming or bathing)
Our jewelry is made with glossy resin domes. Avoid dropping it, the domes is hard, but it can get scratched.
You can clean the domes with a soft tissue when necessary and it will be shiny again!
Although stainless steel jewelry (Earrings and some Butterfly tie pin) doesn’t tarnish or corrode and doesn’t require special care, it can scratch.
That’s why you should wear and store your pieces in a way that minimizes any contact with other items that can damage your stainless steel jewelry.
Store your stainless steel pieces separately from jewelry made of other metals. It is best if you keep your stainless steel items in individual bags or pouches.
Keep your treasures in their original bags or boxes, avoiding humid places.
- Terms and Conditions
Having decided what you might like to purchase and adding it to your shopping cart, our system will produce a final summary of what you are about to order and the cost involved. This constitutes our quotation for the products and delivery concerned. If you go ahead and place your order, this constitutes an offer to us to buy the goods. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and no contract shall exist between us until we have confirmed your order by issuing your “Order Confirmation”.
Chica Manga cannot accept your order until you have paid in full for the goods ordered and the delivery costs. Once Pay has processed your transaction we will email you with your Order Confirmation and your Order Reference Number which will form the contract between us.
All correspondence concerning your order, including your Order Confirmation email, will be sent to the email address you provide on your order details. You are responsible for ensuring this email address is correct. As long as your Order Confirmation is sent to that email address, our sending it creates a legally binding contract between us whether or not your receive the email.
We may decline any order prior to issuing your Order Confirmation but will inform you of this as soon as possible, and will endeavour to advise you of our reasons for doing so.
The default setting on our website is for prices to be quoted inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
Payment may be made only by credit/debit card/paypal.
The price of any goods will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. Our site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
We endeavour to ensure all descriptions, images and specifications are accurate at all times. In doing so we are aware that photographs can look different depending on your monitor settings and, as such, they are published for illustrative purposes only and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
Title in the goods shall not pass to you until you have paid for them and their delivery in full however all risk of loss of or damage to the goods shall pass to you upon delivery.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it. Whilst we are happy to replace or exchange any faulty or damaged goods and to comply with your cancellation rights, we cannot be held liable for user errors in the ordering process.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, in accordance with your statutory rights we offer a no quibble guarantee that, should you be dissatisfied with your goods, you may cancel your order within 14 days after the day on which you received your goods. In such an event we will refund you in full in accordance with our Refunds section. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to cancel your order then you need to inform us of your wish to do so by letter or by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org informing us of your wish to return the goods to us and cancel your order.
You must then return the goods to us at your own expense, emial us to informe you.

- Returns & Exchanges
We want everyone to be happy with their order. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us to advise return of goods. The item(s) must then be returned in their original condition within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and it must be in the original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
It is advisable to send any returns via registered mail as you can then see when we receive the goods.
Goods damaged during transit:
If an item is damaged during shipping, we will need you to send clear photos of the damaged item. This is required by the post office for any claim.
Under no circumstances must items be used or worn when damaged. Before replacement goods or refunds can be issued, goods must be returned for our inspection and, if necessary, they may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Once we receive the item, we will send you an email to find out what you prefer, a full refund (less the cost of the shipping) or a new item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
For any other option, contact us and we will give you a personalized response.
When you return a product to us:
- because you have cancelled the contract between us within the 14 day cancellation period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
- for any other reason (for instance, because you claim that the product is defective), we will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
If you are returning any items to us then you must prepay the postage. We would strongly recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the post office so that you can claim in the event of any loss or damage. We are unable to compensate you for parcels that are damaged or mislaid in transit.
If you wish to exchange an item a further postal charge may apply.
- Customs / Duties
Orders shipped outside of Europe may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. These taxes vary from one country to another, so we can not know if they apply and what is the amount.
We cannot be held responsible for any Customs duties and taxes incurred in your country. These will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Shipping Cost
Our shipping costs are visible before paying your order, so you do not have unpleasant surprises. These costs are per shipment, regardless of the number of items you include in it. Thus, the shipping price is becoming more convenient the more items you buy.

All orders are sent international airmail via Correos (Spain). Packages to most locations take between 10-21 business days. Orders often arrive sooner than this but this is the official estimate from the post office.
All packages are sent via International registered airmail from Spain. Tracking number and delivery confirmation are included via Email after purchase.
Please understand that, occasionally, there are factors beyond our control such as severe weather conditions, postal delays/strikes and, of course, busy holiday season. Please also understand that goods can occasionally be held for some time at international Customs. In case of such a delay, please be patient. But you can always contact us to find out if we can help you with extra information.
All items are shipped to the address that appears on your invoice. If items are returned due to the incorrect address being given, shipping fees will need to be paid again by the purchaser. (If you have changed address, please be sure to update this information in ALL your accounts).
Before placing an order, please make sure you indicate the address correctly. If it is different from the one in PayPal, send me an email immediately, before the order is sent.
As we are concerned about the health of our planet, we try not to print what is not necessary. That is why we do not send invoices within the order: we send them by email.
If you have not received your order one calendar month after shipping, please contact us so we can request a post office trace. Spain Post will contact the post office in the destination country to request information. It’s a lengthy process, sometimes taking 6-8 weeks depending on the country. If the findings show that a package is lost, a replacement order or a full refund will be issued.
